Handmade Beaded Necklace - Bird's Eye Rhyolite Pendant
This unique Rhyolite pendant is handcrafted from volcanic rock and is well polished for a smooth surface and a nice sheen. The colors are a mix of cream and reddish brown. The name Bird's Eye was coined by the artisan for its unusual markings. The pendant measures 2 1/2" in length and 1 1/2" at the base. Centered on a strand of Magnesite beads, creamy white in color with brown veining throughout and tiny cream colored fossil beads. The length is adjustable from 18" to 20 1/2" with a sterling silver extension chain and a sterling silver "S" shaped clasp.
